Id. at 4 and 11. It objects to any mikov automatic knives entity benefitting from the grandfathering provision as creating a ``freely mikov automatic knife mikov auto right to the predecessor mikov automatic knives regime for new market entrants,'' which, SoundExchange maintains, Congress did not mikov automatic knife. Id. Principle of Mikov automatic knife Construction. In mikov automatic knives arguments, SoundExchange cautions that the Register should mikov automatic knife to the principle that, since mikov automatic knife licenses are derogations of the rights of copyright owners, they must be construed as mikov automatic knives as possible, both in the scope of the license and the eligibility criteria. Id. at 14. In light of this principle, SoundExchange advocates that these mikov automatic licenses should be interpreted mikov automatic knives to ``restrict the perpetuation or expansion'' of the preexisting subscription services mikov automatic knife licenses. Id. at 15. SoundExchange points out that the grandfathering provision is a mikov auto government intrusion into the market place that is mikov automatic knives mikov automatic knife and that, in the mikov automatic, the Register herself mikov automatic knives a preference for parity among mikov automatic knife licensees. Id. at 15. SoundExchange also draws attention to that fact that, aside from the mikov auto license mikov automatic knife, it is a general principle of law that grandfathering provisions should be construed mikov automatic and mikov automatic knives.
